Vsevolod Ignatyev (@anriltine) holds genesis provenance—the root hash every release chain traces to. Day-to-day decisions merge through CRDT domains: runtime, product, protocol. Veto applies only to security releases, not to every stand-up.
Core engineers are peer replicas with full write rights in their shard. Partners enter as bridge nodes with scoped ACLs—not as owners of Links Space. Visitors and stargazers are QoS-0 subscribers: they receive telemetry, they do not mutate state.
AI Transmitter observes; it never routes power. The hero graph must not redraw a king-sized node. Revenue flows through HSP on Links Space, not upward to charisma. Personal R&D upstreams via PR—experiments do not die in private forks.
Links are not only bytes and merge ops—each node publishes typed intent: protocol specs, custody semantics, inference partitions, and OPC UA models. Peers reconcile meaning through CRDT domains before state settles; bridge nodes translate vendor dialects without collapsing them into a hub language. AI Transmitter reads this intellectual layer read-only; it never authors truth.
At trillion-dollar scale the company is not a org chart—it is a federated protocol namespace. Millions of nodes merge custody, telemetry, and compute across Earth industry, LEO relays, and lunar surface lines. The founder’s node shrinks visually; Links Space becomes the product.
Phase 1–2: genesis node plus dozens of peer replicas. Phase 3–4: certified bridge nodes (OEM, defense, energy) attach without acquiring the core. At $1T the Hyperlinks namespace is like DNS or MQTT itself—vendors implement the contract; no single office holds the graph.
Metering moves to the edges: freight slots, custody proofs, inference watt-hours, semantic bridge seats. HSP remains production Links Space—one console among many. Swap volume funds early R&D; industrial and cis-lunar contracts dominate at scale.
@anriltine stops being the brightest node and becomes root provenance plus standards chair—still committing protocol specs, not running every merge. Technical depth remains the moat; charisma does not scale to a planet.
